Anyone ever consider making a pilot episode for a TV show? Probably wouldn't cost any more, or be any more difficult, than making a short. If who ever wrote that bloody 'Daylight Robbery'tripe can get funding, then any one of the postees here has a chance!

p.s - Daylight Robbery is on ITV in the UK. Don't worry if you live outside the UK, you haven't missed anything!

Hey,
Even though "Daylight Robbery" was a little cheezy (to say the least) I found it quite entertaining. Well... the first series anyway.
I have made I pilot of an - Sooof before, but nothing completly original. I think that you can do more (and say more) with film than you can do with television - there's no "rules" in a film as there are in a series... films are quite unpredictable while at the end of series you know that your characters will be there for the next episode... takes the fun out of it, don't you think?

Except in the Sopranos you never know who's gonna get shot, killed or arrested next.
